Toxic Waste Destruction
Thermal oxidation is an excellent method of destroying toxic and unwanted chemicals, and converting them into something benign and harmless. This is particularly applicable where the toxic materials are organic compounds. The process can be combined with energy saving techniques described below.

VOC Destruction
Beverley Environmental are expert in the destruction of volatile organic compounds (VOC’s). A VOC is a compound consisting of carbon, excluding carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, carbonic acid, metallic carbides or carbonates, and ammonium carbonate. VOC destruction and removal has become a very prominent issue in industry today.
Advantages of thermal oxidation that result in its preferred status are:
-
· Ease of operation and control
· Ability to be altered for process variations
· Continuous process
· Number of process components is small
· In many cases no further disposal problems as with condensation or scrubbing.
