Energy From Waste

Despite recent developments with fracking the cost of energy since the turn of the millenium has increased a number of fold. It is almost a certainty that the cost of waste disposal with rise significantly in future years. Viability of projects that burn waste and capture the energy have increased considerably. Paybacks can now be 1 to 2 years.

Waste to energy

Typical wastes that can be processed are contaminated organics from chemical processing, by products frm chemical processing, waste oil from food processing, or any substance with significant calorific value.

Beverley has the expertise to design and supply equipment suitable for these applications. The energy released from the waste stream can be captured in a thermal fluid system or a steam boiler. That energy can be used on site to reduce the fuel bills and waste disposal costs of the operator.

Beverley will also assess the pollution requirements from combusting the waste stream, and can supply suitable equipment to meet the relevant regulations in place.
