Thermal fluid heaters and systems
Oxidation, incineration and energy recovery

In order to reduce fuel consumption and improve economics, a number of techniques can be used to save energy costs.
Capture – The flue gases are used to heat a thermal fluid, water, or generate steam. This is appropriate where there is a local use for this heat energy, such as the process that generated the waste stream.
Recuperation - A recuperative heat exchanger is fitted heating the incoming waste stream using the flue gases, reducing fuel demand. These systems are robust, versatile and simple in design.
Regeneration – Can be used for low level VOC air contamination. The combustion chamber itself is filled with a ceramic bed, which heats up by combustion of the VOC and fuel. This acts as an energy store and, by switching beds, results in very high efficiencies.
